Text
The executive director shall:
(1)administer, manage, and direct the affairs and activities of the
authority in accordance with the policies of the board and under
the control and direction of the board;
(2)maintain and be custodian of all books, documents, and papers
filed with the authority and the official seal of the authority; and
(3)perform other duties directed by the members to carry out the
purposes of this chapter.
