§ 36-7-23-32 — Executive director

(a)The board may appoint an executive
director of the authority.
(b)If the board determines to appoint an executive director, the
board shall appoint a nominating committee composed of members of
the board. The committee must submit a recommendation to the board
concerning the individuals qualified to serve as executive director.
