§ 36-7-23-29 — Bonds payable from and secured by authority revenues only

The bonds issued under this chapter constitute the corporate obligations only of the authority and are payable solely from and secured exclusively by the pledge of all or part of the revenues of the authority, as set forth in the resolution of the authority.
