§ 36-7-22-21 — Annual report
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 22 Economic Improvement Districts
The board shall submit an annual report to
the legislative body and the fiscal body before February 15 of each
year. The report must summarize the board's activities and expenditures
during the preceding calendar year.
