Text
(a)The board shall establish an economic
improvement fund and shall deposit in this fund all assessments
received under this chapter and any other amounts received by the
board.
(b)Money in the economic improvement fund may be used only for
the purposes specified in the ordinance establishing the economic
improvement district. Any money earned from investment of money in
the fund becomes a part of the fund.
