Effective 1-1-2026. Sec.

37.When performing plan reviews or inspection services, a private provider is subject to the disciplinary guidelines of the private provider's professional licensing board. Any complaint processing, investigation, and discipline arising out of a private provider's performance of plan reviews or inspection services shall be conducted by the private provider's professional licensing board.
