§ 36-7-19-6 — Appropriations

When a housing authority is established in a political subdivision, the fiscal body of the subdivision shall immediately make an estimate of the amount of money necessary for the administrative expenses and overhead of the authority during the first year after that, and shall appropriate that amount to the authority out of any unappropriated money in the treasury of the subdivision.
