§ 36-7-18-8 — Commissioners; compensation; expenses

A commissioner of a housing authority is entitled to:

(1)a per diem allowance of up to one hundred dollars ($100) for attending a meeting of the authority; and
(2)reimbursement for necessary expenses, including traveling expenses, incurred in the discharge of the commissioner's duties. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-11-5 part.] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.37. Amended by P.L.308-1989, SEC.1; P.L.16-2023, SEC.1.
