Text
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), a
commissioner of a housing authority may not be an officer or employee
of the unit for which the authority is created.
(b)A member of a redevelopment commission established by a unit
under IC 36-7-14 may be a commissioner of a housing authority of the
unit.
