§ 36-7-18-42 — Joint projects; authorization

Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 18 Housing Authorities

Two (2) or more housing authorities may
join or cooperate with one another in the exercise of any of the powers
conferred by this chapter, for the purpose of financing, planning,
undertaking, constructing, or operating housing projects located within
the jurisdiction of any one (1) or more of the authorities.
