Text

(a)A housing authority shall file with the Indiana department of health a description of each proposed project, including plans and layout. The Indiana department of health shall, within thirty (30) days, transmit its approval or disapproval to the authority.
(b)A housing authority shall file all plans for new construction with the department of homeland security in the manner prescribed by IC 22-15-3.
