§ 36-7-18-3 — "Persons of low income" defined

For purposes of this chapter, persons or families who, without financial assistance, lack the amount of income that a housing authority finds is necessary to enable them to live in decent, safe, and sanitary dwellings without overcrowding are considered persons of low income.
