§ 36-7-18-29 — Housing projects; applicability of ordinances and regulations
All housing projects of a housing authority
are subject to the applicable local ordinances and regulations regarding
planning, zoning, sanitation, and building. In the planning and location
of any housing project, an authority shall consider the relationship of
the project to any larger plan or long-range program for the
development of the area in which the authority functions.
