Indiana Statutes
§ 36-7-18-15 — Actions; contracts; rules
A housing authority may:
(1)sue and be sued;
(2)have and alter a seal;
(3)make and execute contracts and other instruments necessary
or convenient for the exercise of its powers; and
(4)adopt bylaws and rules, consistent with this chapter, to carry
out its powers and purposes.
