Text

A housing authority may:

(1)sue and be sued;
(2)have and alter a seal;
(3)make and execute contracts and other instruments necessary or convenient for the exercise of its powers; and
(4)adopt bylaws and rules, consistent with this chapter, to carry out its powers and purposes. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-11-8(a).] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.37.
