Text
(a)Only special flood hazard property may
be included within the boundaries of a flood control improvement
district established under this chapter.
(b)A flood control improvement district may only include those
special flood hazard properties that benefit directly from flood control
works within the district.
(c)A flood control improvement district may not include any parcel
or area of land that is already included in an allocation area under IC 8-22-3.5, IC 36-7-14, IC 36-7-15.1, IC 36-7-30, IC 36-7-30.5, or IC 36-7-32-15.
