Text
(a)The commission may establish and
select the members of an advisory board to assist the commission in
governing the improvement and maintenance district. The commission
shall determine:
(1)the size and composition of the board; and
(2)the powers and duties of the board.
(b)More than one-half (1/2) of the members of the board must be
property owners in the improvement and maintenance district.
