Text
The county treasurer shall, between the
first and tenth days of each month, notify the commission regarding the
amount of the assessment collected during the preceding month. On the
date of this notification, the county treasurer shall credit the amounts
collected to the improvement and maintenance district fund, as
established by this chapter.
