Text

A person who knowingly:

(1)applies any money raised under this chapter to any purpose other than those permitted by this chapter; or
(2)fails to follow the voucher and warrant procedure prescribed by law in expending any money raised under this chapter; commits a Level 5 felony. As added by Acts 1982, P.L.77, SEC.8. Amended by P.L.158-2013, SEC.676.
