§ 36-7-14-29 — Payments from funds; procedure

(a)All payments from any of the funds established by this chapter shall be made by warrants drawn by the proper officers of the unit upon vouchers of the redevelopment commission signed by the president or vice president and the secretary or executive secretary.
(b)Each of the funds established by this chapter is a continuing fund and does not revert to the general fund of the unit at the end of the calendar year. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citations: 18-7-7-27 part; 18-7-7.1-27 part.] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.33.
