§ 36-7-12-39 — Validation of prior authorized bonds
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 12 Economic Development and Pollution Control
Any bonds authorized to be issued under the
authority of this chapter by a resolution adopted under section 24 of
this chapter before June 1, 1985, remain valid regardless of any
amendments made to this chapter by P.L.20-1985.
