Text

(a)Each commission shall file a report, within thirty (30) days after its initial meeting and on each subsequent January 31, with the fiscal body that it serves.
(b)A report under subsection (a) must contain:
(1)information on the operations, activities, and financial expenditures of the commission during the preceding calendar year; and
