5.

(a)If an attorney represents an economic development commission, neither the attorney nor a member of the attorney's firm or professional corporation may also represent an applicant for a bond issue from the commission.
(b)A person who violates this section commits a Class A misdemeanor. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.310, SEC.74. Amended by P.L.127-2017, SEC.200.
