Text

A parcel of primary property may not be subdivided into lots having:

(1)an area of less than fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet; or
(2)frontage of less than one hundred (100) feet upon the primary area or upon an east-west street intersecting with the primary area. [Pre-1995 Title 14 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3.2-17(a) part.]
