Text

(a)A quorum of the commission consists of six (6) members. A quorum must be present for a public hearing on and the determination of a matter coming before the commission for which a public hearing is required under this chapter.
(b)Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a majority vote of the members of the commission present and voting is required for the commission to take action. [Pre-1995 Title 14 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3.2-9(a) part.]
