Text

As used in this chapter, "Meridian Street" means that part of a north-south meridian street in the city of Indianapolis, Marion County, known as Meridian Street, that lies:

(1)north of 40th Street; and
(2)south of Westfield Boulevard; at the points where the latter two (2) streets intersect with Meridian Street. [Pre-1995 Title 14 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3.2-2 part.]
