Text

As used in this chapter, "interested party" means the following:

(1)The governor.
(2)The Indiana department of transportation.
(3)The department of natural resources.
(4)The executive of Indianapolis.
(5)The department of metropolitan development.
(6)The society.
(7)Each neighborhood association.
(8)Each owner or occupant owning or occupying Meridian Street or bordering property to a depth of two (2) ownerships of the perimeter of the property.
