Text

(a)The provisions of this chapter concerning:
(1)meetings and hearings of the commission; and
(2)the manner in which matters will be taken up and considered by the commission; do not apply in the commission's consideration of rezoning matters referred to the commission by the development commission.
(b)With respect to the matters described in subsection (a), the commission may by rule determine procedures to dispose of the matters within the mandatory one hundred twenty (120) day period. [Pre-1995 Title 14 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3.2-13(e).]
