Text
(a)A public officer or office entitled to
receive notice may designate in writing filed with the commission
alternate or additional persons to whom notice required to be served
upon the officer or office shall also be served. The commission shall
maintain a complete list of the persons and their addresses.
(b)A person, an official, or an office who or that is not served notice
in the manner prescribed by this chapter is not considered properly
notified unless the person has waived notice in writing.
