Text

The governor shall appoint the following members of the commission not later than thirty (30) days after the term of the prior member appointed under this section expires:

(1)As a Class 1 member, an individual with a demonstrated interest in and knowledge of historic preservation.
(2)As a Class 1 member, an owner and occupant of a single or double family residential dwelling situated on Meridian Street property. [Pre-1995 Title 14 Recodification Citation: 14-3-3.2-3(c).]
