Text

As used in this chapter, "neighborhood association" means each of the following, including any successors whether an incorporated or unincorporated association:

(1)The Butler-Tarkington neighborhood association.
(2)The Meridian Street foundation.
(3)The Meridian-Kessler neighborhood association.
