§ 36-7-1-11 — "Metropolitan plan commission"
"Metropolitan plan commission" means an
advisory plan commission cooperatively established by a county and a
second class city under IC 36-7-4-202(a). The term does not include
the metropolitan development commission established by IC 36-7-4-202(c).
