§ 36-6-9-8 — Failure to adopt a plan
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 6 GOVERNMENT OF TOWNSHIPS·Ch. 9 Township Capital Improvement Plan
A township may not collect property taxes in the
ensuing year for a capital improvement fund described in section 3(3)
through 3(8) of this chapter, unless the township has adopted a plan
that meets the requirements of this chapter.
