§ 36-6-4-10 — Verified statement of indebtedness; posting
On the first Monday of each August the
executive shall post, in a conspicuous place near the executive's office,
a verified statement showing the indebtedness of the township in detail
and giving the number and total amount of outstanding orders,
warrants, and accounts.
