§ 36-5-2-8 — Town clerk-treasurer as clerk; ex officio member for casting tie breaking vote

(a)The town clerk-treasurer is the clerk of the
legislative body.
(b)The clerk-treasurer is an ex officio member for the purpose of
casting the deciding vote to break a tie.
