Text

If an appeal has not been filed, not later than thirty (30) days after adoption of the resolution by the town legislative body, the town clerk-treasurer shall send a certified copy of the resolution to each of the following:

(1)The clerk of the circuit court of each county in which the town is located.
(2)The plan commission having jurisdiction, if any.
(3)The office of the secretary of state.
