Text

(a)The legislative body shall hold its first regular meeting in January after its election. In subsequent months, the legislative body shall hold regular meetings at least once a month, unless its rules require more frequent meetings.
(b)A special meeting of the legislative body shall be held when called by the city executive or when called under the rules of the legislative body. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-1-3-2 part.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.169-2006, SEC.52.
