The legislative body may pass ordinances, orders, resolutions, and motions for the government of the city, the control of the city's property and finances, and the appropriation of money. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-1-3-6 part.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.3.
