4.If a township is a participant in a proposed reorganization under IC 36-1.5-4-1(a)(2), IC 36-1.5-4-1(a)(7), or IC 36-1.5-4-1(a)(8), a municipality may not adopt an annexation ordinance annexing territory within the township within the period set forth in IC 36-1.5-4-45.
