§ 36-4-1-9 — Continuation of prior acts, contracts, obligations, ordinances, and regulations

The validity of the prior acts, contracts, and obligations of a city that changes its status, name, or classification under this chapter is not affected by that change. The ordinances, rules, and regulations of the city continue in effect until amended or repealed.
