(a)Each special service district of the consolidated city has a special service district council, which is the legislative body of the special service district, but only for the purposes prescribed by section 18(b) of this chapter.
(b)A special service district legislative body is composed of every member of the city-county legislative body. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citations: subsection
