§ 36-3-4-15 — Ordinance or resolution; passage and presentation
After an ordinance or resolution subject to
veto has been passed by the city-county legislative body and signed by
the presiding officer, the clerk shall present it to the executive, noting
on it the time of both the passage and the presentation.
