Text

(a)A majority vote of a legislative body is required to pass an ordinance or resolution, unless a greater vote is required by statute.
(b)Any two (2) or more ordinances or resolutions may be jointly passed by the same vote of a legislative body. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citations: subsection
