Text

The executive shall perform the duties and exercise the powers prescribed for the board of commissioners of the county by statutes other than this title, except for the following:

(1)Duties and powers vested in the city-county legislative body by IC 36-3-4.

(2)Duties and powers retained by the board of commissioners of the county under section 10 of this chapter. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-4-4-7 part.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.2.
