Text

This chapter does not alter the status, boundaries, or ordinances of political subdivisions in a county where a first class city became a consolidated city before September 1, 1981. The status, boundaries, and ordinances remain as they existed on August 31, 1981, until altered according to the applicable law. As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.2.
