The auditor, in the name of the state and on behalf of a county fund, may sue principals or sureties on any obligation, whether the obligation is in the name of the state or another person. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 17-3-21-12.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.1.
