§ 36-2-8-2 — Salary and wage periods; manner of payment

(a)The county auditor and county treasurer may
pay salaries and wages to county officers and employees monthly,
twice each month, every two (2) weeks, or weekly.
(b)The manner of payment of salaries and wages under this section
must be authorized by the legislative body of a county having a
consolidated city or by the executive of any other county.
