Text

A member of the fiscal body who purchases a bond, order, claim, or demand against the county for less than its face value shall forfeit it to the county and may not enforce it by legal action. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 17-1-24-13.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.1.
