7.

(a)Whenever the county executive or the county fiscal body divides the county into districts under section 4 of this chapter, the county executive or the county fiscal body shall adopt an ordinance.
(b)The county executive or the county fiscal body shall file a copy of an ordinance adopted under subsection (a) with the circuit court clerk.
