Text
At its second regular meeting each year, the
executive shall make an accurate statement of the county's receipts and
expenditures during the preceding calendar year. The statement must
include the name of and total compensation paid to each county officer,
deputy, and employee. The executive shall post this statement at the
courthouse door and two (2) other places in the county and shall
publish it in the manner prescribed by IC 5-3-1.
