§ 36-2-19-5 — Copy of plat to county auditor or surveyor
A copy of any plat recorded in the recorder's
office or filed in the surveyor's office under this chapter must be
provided to the county auditor or the county surveyor, if this action is
authorized by county ordinance for the maintenance of the plat book
under IC 6-1.1-5-1.
